  • USA: 10-12 business days.
  • Europe (EUR): 10-12 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 15-18 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Shipping rates are subject to change and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow additional processing time during busy periods or public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Address Accuracy

It is important that the shipping address you provide is accurate. Please double-check your information during checkout to ensure proper delivery. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please ensure that a physical address is provided for delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the carrier's website.

8. Shipping Delays

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@erinson.art with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

In the event that your package is lost during transit, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to find a solution.
