Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Erinson ART. We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items are exempt from being returned or refunded, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Custom or personalized items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@erinson.art.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at contact@erinson.art and send your item to: 12995 S Cleveland Ave #219, Fort Myers, FL 33907.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
